“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” Albert Einstein
The mission is to create a paradigm shift instilling the necessity to move, coupled with a nutrient rich diet as a part of school, community, country and global basis for active, healthy citizens by increasing access to daily physical activity and physical education. BeneFITness acts as an advocate, a catalyst for change, and a resource to inspire, educate, motivate and empower stakeholders to promote physically active lifestyles through various lifestyle programs. The solutions are not one-dimensional and mindsets and definitions need to be changed from the overly simplistic view and must address the complete lifestyle.
